At NovaX Byte Tech, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality nail polish products. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary, and we want to ensure that your shopping experience is hassle-free. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Sale or clearance items.

5. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund.
